My favorite Tuna and Salmon bowl. Now that I look at the picture... I want to go to Kazu again!!
My boyfriend likes ginger, so we both chose the ginger egg soup over the mashed potato salad. This time, the soup has a lighter colour, more green onions and egg, but the taste of ginger is still there. 
Eggplant with tortilla. It is similar to the pork cheeks and calcium salmon which I posted previously.
The eggplant is not totally mashed into paste, which I like.
